The ingot is melted in electrically heated furnaces helping to ensure a good metal quality.

Aluminium Our Specialty

BS1490 Grades LM4, LM6, LM24, LM25, and LM27

The variety of processes offered is in Sand, Gravity Die and Pressure Die.

Flexible Material, Heat Treatment can be applied to give added Strength, Lightness, Corrosion Resistance and High Conductivity.

Applications include. Ornamental, General Engineering, Marine, Hydraulics, Safety Equipment etc.

Zinc

The process offered is Sand.

This is a hardwearing material, with a lower melting temperature than aluminium, with very good protection against corrosion.

Applications include: Automobile Industry, Door Handles / Locks etc.

Copper Based Alloys

Brass (SCB & DCB)
Phosphor Bronze (PB) (Copper Based Alloys)
Gun Metal (Copper based alloys)

The process offered for these is Sand.

With common properties due to the mix of only alloys means a varying degree of corrosion resistance, pressure tightness, strength and wear resistance, self colouring and self lubricating.

Applications include: Ornamental, Marine Industry and Pumping Facilities, Food etc.
