Tooling and samples
- Tooling and Sampling On receipt of official P/Order/Drawings, our Sales and Production personnel will agree on the information given is the same as was submitted for Contract Review prior to P/Order being placed.
- Tooling / patterns can be produced by our design team and pattern / tool makers with continued progress by ourselves. Our relationship has been built on years of hard work; we have 100% faith of their ability to produce to your and our requirements.
- Existing Tooling / Pattern Designs can be repaired or modified if needed to be more cost effective. Based upon information given prior to P/Order and the existing equipment delivered to DAC not being what was thought at the time or measures that could be more cost effective, the equipment could be amended to suit the situation.
- Initial design stages enable us to work closely with the client if needed to ensure the best in manufacturing ability and techniques to produce the best component. Sales department will work closely with the client to ensure the best in manufacturing techniques to achieve the aspirations that the potential customer is envisaging.
- Tooling / Patterns Amortisation of capitol cost can be agreed if deemed to be necessary.
- Samples are arranged for complete customer satisfaction.
It is our policy to iron out any discrepancies and check against client specification before any work is undertaken. On receipt of tooling for sampling our Quality Procedure will be implemented as per our Q/C Procedure, continuing through each section until the approved sample is despatched. On receipt of official “sample approval” Production department to liaise with the customer on commencement dates.
Liaison between the interested parties will be via the Sales Department and Quality Control.
