DAC Foundries Ltd was initially inaugurated in 1979 in the West Midlands, UK, when the founders saw an opportunity in improving the standards of Die Casting and Aluminium Casting quality and efficiency.
Our experience in the Foundry Industry spans 3 generations.
Our Foundry offers Gravity Die Castings, Pressure Die Castings, Aluminium Castings, Non Ferrous Castings and Airset (Sand) Castings. A brief explanation of their procedure application and available material usage is online for your perusal.
Just to complete our Die Castings package we offer a Machining Service and Finishing Services along with the Speedy Delivery Times using either our own transport or carrier. Of course there is always the option of collection.
Our Development is an integral part of DAC, we continually evaluate New Trends, New Industries, New Idea’s within the marketplace here in the UK and abroad.
We are always looking at ways of improving our own machinery and working conditions for efficiency and ease of use, without these there would not be a DAC.
Our Staff are a key part of our Company. We pride ourselves on the low turnover of staff meaning we keep skilled craftsman with an abundance of experience on board.
Our Quality Systems are continually being appraised and we work along the lines of BS EN IS9002
